RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Blackfly Trading Co., each shirt is printed to order. Please review the product description, colour selection, and size chart carefully before purchasing.

Sizing and change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size or colour. This restriction does not apply if we send an item that differs from your order or if the item is defective.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us through our website’s Contact page within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photographs showing the entire item and the damage, defect, or incorrect product.
• Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged.

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable consumer law.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. A physical return is generally not required for confirmed damage or manufacturing defects. If a return is necessary because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when the refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

For a fully refunded order involving defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, the refund includes the original standard shipping charge. For partially affected orders, any applicable shipping refund will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law. The 30-day reporting period does not limit any longer period or additional remedy required by law.
