These terms apply to purchases from and use of the Blackfly Trading Co. online store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating Blackfly Trading Co.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Made-to-order products
Our shirts are printed to order. Please check your selected size, colour, design, and the product’s size chart before completing your purchase.
Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design and appearance of the product. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, and minor variations in print placement may occur. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly through our website’s Contact page. We will try to accommodate your request before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.
Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, shipping charges, and delivery information are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms limits any legal rights relating to delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Because our shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or colour. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
Intellectual property
Our original artwork, branding, photographs, and website content are owned by Blackfly Trading Co. or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce it for commercial use.
Website use
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse another person’s information or payment details.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in connection with our store.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to purchases made after the updated terms are posted. Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights relating to an existing order.
